Cross section plotting

I am trying to show a plot point where 2 points com together. I canget the left side humidity lable & Scale (30-80%) to show but cannot get the bottom Temperature scale to read from 0-50 degrees nor can I get the current humidity and temperature to cross point on the chart. I did this a few years earlier on an in excel but haven't messed with excel in a long while.

Create a XY Scatter chart rather than a Line chart. While the 2 may look interchangeable, only the former has a true numeric x axis.
