crosstab/pivot table result without using the function

Hello - I was wondering if you can help me format the result that I want. I tried crosstab query but it required an assigned value. I also tried exporting query into excel and created a pivot table, that also required a value in the data area. Is there a way for me to get the result (below) either by creating a query from a query, or format my query using the criteria:

From my current query:
ID Name Payment
123 john cash
123 john credit card
123 john online
456 violet credit card
678 anne cash
678 anne s. online
890 peter cash

The result I'd like to see (I know I'll have to update my Name column if it's the same data, ie "anne"):
ID Name Payment1 payment2 payment3
123 john cash credit card online
456 violet credit card
678 anne cash online
890 peter cash
