Hello, I'm new to this forum, excuse me if I accidentally break a rule, please inform me.

As the title suggest, I have a cell collumn with diferent products. I would like to make a ctrl + F section where I put a name of a product in that section, and it shows me how many times it appears in the collumn.

Maybe there is a simpler way of achieving this, but I can't seem to figure anything out.

Thanks in advance

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
you just need to use a countif formula that references your input and looks in the column... Example...

Data is in column C and the input is in A1 and this formula is in B1...

=COUNTIF(C:C,A1)

that's it
