I have a spreadsheet that I used to track my cost of labor and I use a reference code to complete my trend. Each month I have had to go in and change "=SUMIF(MAR!$A$35:$A$123,'SC COL Trend'!$A32,MAR!$L$35:$L$123)" to the new month that I am using. I attempted to use a ctrl F and replace, but it replaced all of the MAR that I had on the spreadsheet. I am wondering if it is possible to only replace a selected group.

Please let me know if this is possible.

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
Hi,

If it is only formulea that you wish to ammend and not headers etc, press F5 then "Special" and tick Formulas:)

Then do your Control & H thing.....

Thank you both so much. Sorry, but I am one of those people that want to know that why's and what's so that I can explain to the next person. What is the difference between CTRL F and CTRL H?
