Custom cursors are black

I've been messing around with different custom cursors, & unfortunately many of them display as pure black with a slight haze around them. I figured out that taking a screenshot of my cursor isn't an easy task, so hopefully that description is helpful enough. Specifically, I wanted to use a cursor with the hand symbol, which is white with a slight outline in it's preview picture. The cursor comes with Windows and has several size variations. They're all black on my userform.
