Is it possible to paste same text of reference cell by custom data validation.
For example :
If cell C8 contain text as BD, it's paste same in cell D8, If cell C8 contain any number, cell D8 will blank for insert desire value.

I want to use this formula with custom data validation, not in formula bar,
With this formula use in custom data validation, if I put text John Doe in cell b3, it's automatically not paste in c3.
