Custom Formats

Hi Everyone

Is there any way of using custom formatting to format a date in capitals. For example I have in my spreadsheet 13apr11 and i want it as 13APR11.

These dates are already in the spreadsheet having been downloaded from another database.

Any help much appreciated.

If your date is in cell A1, try:

=UPPER(TEXT(A1,"DDMMMYY"))
