Custom formula to add leading 0 to month field, generating "invalid identifier" error

Could someone help me out and identify what is wrong with the following formula.

For background, as the title says I am trying to add a leading "0" to a "month" field.

I am using the following formula:

Text.PadStart(Text.From([Month_calc]),2,”0″)

Text.PadStart(Text.From([Month_calc]),2,”0″) should be "0"
