Custom Page Size

I have some pre-printed forms that are very odd sizes, which I either need to be able to create my own papersize or disable the page breaks on the worksheet.

I have a page size of 8.5 x 18 which doesn't really have a setup for that.

I need to be able to have my page size set to that or to disabled page breaks.

I have seen this before where there is a custom size but not sure how to do this.

Any help would be great.
