Hi,

We have a spreadsheet where we track hour utilization per month of specific units and unit types. We have thresholds we compare the actuals to and formulate out a percent. I would like to figure out how to have a custom yearly calculation attached to our pivot table, or another means that will show us our yearly average hours, and then present in a % basis.

I can do it easily by copying the pivot table data, but I'm left without any dynamic function to it. So curious if it's even possible.
