I want to create a custom right-click menu that is visible when I am editing inside a cell.
This code works fine to add items to the RC menu that displays when just cruising around a worksheet, but when I start editing INSIDE a cell, a different (and much shorter) pops up in response to a right-click. I'm guessing that I need a different menu name, not the one used here - "Cell". I tried Select and Selection. Select executed, Selection threw an error, but nothing showed up in the editing RC menu in either case.

VBA Code:
With Application
Set cmdBtn = .CommandBars("Cell").Controls.Add(Temporary:=True, before:=1)
With cmdBtn: .Caption = "E": .Style = msoButtonCaption: .OnAction = "ExtractE": End With
End With
