I need help please.
Is there a formula that can look at the 3rd decimal place and it if is .3 or larger it rounds up to the 2nd decimal place or penny, and if it is under.3 it rounds down to the nearest 2nd decimal place or penny?
Also the ability to easily change the break point between rounding up and down so it can be quickly modified to .2 or .4 etc.
example:
10.011 = 10.01
10.012 = 10.01
10.0129 = 10.01
10.013 = 10.02
10.014 = 10.02
10.015 = 10.02
10.016 = 10.02
10.017 = 10.02
10.018 = 10.02
10.019 = 10.02
