Custom Sorting Question

Hi
I have a spreadsheet that has dates in a column and sometime it will be blank. I have noted that if I sort A-Z or Z-A the cells that are blank
are always at the bottom. I do I get the blank cells to appear at the top of the list.

I understand that this can be done with Custom Sort list.

Can somebody help please

Highlight Duplicates
Home, Conditional Formatting, Highlight Cells, Duplicate records, OK to add pink formatting to any duplicates in selected range.
First, select that column & use CTRL+G to select blanks. Once its selected, colour it.
Second, sort your dates accordingly
Third, sort by color...
