what custom time format do i use to display

12:58
1:00

and not
12:58
13:00

or

12:58 pm
1:00 pm

Excel Facts

Enter current date or time
Ctrl+: enters current time. Ctrl+; enters current date. Use Ctrl+: Ctrl+; Enter for current date & time.
not a formula result.

I am manually entering times as 12:57 12:58 12:59 and dragging down to autofill.

and the next cell would either be 1:00 PM or 13:00 and I just want it to show 1:00
