Customize Color Palette - Excel 2007

Hi All,

Does anyone out there know if it is possible to create a permanent, custom color palette in Excel 2007? I know how to create custom colors in Excel, but I don't know how to perserve them as my default colors.

I would like to adjust my default color palette, so everytime I open Excel I have the same color palette available to me. I would also like the custom colors I use to carry over to other users that open my files.
