Customize Query to activate in cell

I've created a ms query and it finds my info. The Book Excel 2010 inside/out says you can use cell values in a cell but doesn't say how to do it. Is there a way if I type 'grant' in a cell say A1 that it would trigger the query and insert the value of A1 'grant' and show me the results?
