cutting from internet files and pasting to excel files

hi,

i'm new here and really a beginner on macros. i need help on a sample macro. i need to copy a row from and internet file and copy it on my excel file. it is a result consisting of 20 numbers and i need to fit it on my excel table of 20 columns. any help will be very much appreciated. thanks.
