Cutting whole part of a number.

I'd like to ask you to help me wit formula to cut whole part (befor comma) of a number
(e.g. 2,35 change to 0,35).

=MOD(2,35;1)

Alternatively try:

="0,"&RIGHT(A1,LEN(A1)-SEARCH(",",A1,1))

where A1 is the cell with your number (the number must be formatted as text for this to work - the comma wouldn't otherwise be recognised).
