Hello, I have a spreadsheet set up with the PICK3 lottery from my state (PA) using Root Sums. I am trying to get the formula of how many skips have occured for each Root Sums. My root sums are from 0-10 and I have at the moment 100 draws. so I would like to know how many time the root sum of 0 has skipped before it hit from those 100 draws and so on with the rest of the root sums.
