Daniel Klann's VBA Tutorials

I have come across a series of four VBA tutorials (pdf's dated 2004) by Daniel Klann. Does anyone know if these are in the public domain and would it be all right to distribute to the students in my classes? Are there other similar tutorials that are suitable for distribution to students wanting to learn the basics of VBA? Thanks.
