Hello everyone,

I need some help please.
I am attaching a spreadsheet that I have made with 28 controls.

I have a dashboard sheet too, but this is where I'm having some issues.
I can only see 10 0f the 28 controls on the dashboard, and C01, C08 are missing.

Also the breakdown status of all categories is also missing. There was meant to be a pie chart there.

Is there anyway I can get the following information for each control on the dashboard please:

1. Evidence received
2. Current status (I have managed to do this I think, but its not showing up on the dashboard)

Any help gratefully received.

Many thanks

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
Not sure if I can help much, but looking at your data range for one of the charts on Sheet2, it looks like you have some reference errors in both columns 1 and 8. This will make those show up as 0.
