Could anyone please share how to get started with creating Dashboard reports in Excel 2003?

Is there training materials that I could purchase that will enable me to learn this report on my own?

Also does it require additional software other than Excel 2003?

Any answers to these questions would be greatly appreciated as this is a new endeavour with a limited time frame.

Thank you - I purchased the book on dashboards so hopefully that will help. From the glance at the book, I am assuming you don't need to purchase software that it can be done in Excel.
