Data Base Matchup

I am having some issues marrying some data and needed some help. I have a list of customer #'s and addresses with no phone #'s on one document (List A about 1,500 rows).

And on another document a list of customer #'s and phone numbers only (List B). But on list B i have about 80,000 rows (so sorting them alphabetically and matching wont work). I want to create a relationship (using customer #) between the two so I can connect all 3 categories. I attached an example to make my problem a little bit more clear. Thanks for the help!

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
