Greetings!!

trying to calculate difference between 2 worksheets, found these links, but somehow not able to get them work -

5061 data cells in Sheet1!A:A
4815 data cells in Sheet2!A:A

1. need to calculate / get the 246 data cells in third sheet
2. need to highlight the 246 data cells in Sheet1 in color purple
