How can you automate Excel?
Press Alt+F11 from Windows Excel to open the Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) editor.
Hello

About 1 minute ago, I pasted code in this topic:

http://www.mrexcel.com/forum/showthread.php?t=571657

Have a look there.

Obviously, there are more advanced ways but this should get you started.
If you indicate you're a rookie at Excel, you will first need to invest time in understanding this one.

Also look at importing data from the web with a webquery. If I'm not mistaken you, you can schedule it to update at a certain time interval.

Hi Wigi

Without sounding a complete fool.

I would be looking at changing the web adress in the code you have written on the other thread ????

Too late :-D

Among other things, yes. But that's the first you must do.

But I think the first thing to do is get the other code working (which it does for me).
Then go and study that code, read on the internet.
After that, try to solve your problem at hand with that new knowledge.
