Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
try a macro like this

Code:
Sub test()
With Worksheets("sheet1")
.Range("C1:D1").EntireColumn.Copy
With Worksheets("sheet2")
.Cells(1, Columns.Count).End(xlToLeft).Offset(0, 1).PasteSpecial
End With
End With
Application.CutCopyMode = False
End Sub

Which two columns do you want to copy? I mean, how are they identifiable?

Generally, to copy two columns (A:B) from one sheet to the next free column in another sheet:-
Code:
[FONT=Fixedsys]  Dim iNextFreeColumn

  With ThisWorkbook
    iNextFreeColumn = .Sheets(2).UsedRange.Columns.Count + .Sheets(2).UsedRange.Column
    .Sheets(1).Columns("A:B").Copy
    .Sheets(2).Columns(iNextFreeColumn).Insert Shift:=xlToRight
  End With
[/FONT]
