does it work against .. another sheet say "Sheet1"

I'm think there might be security protecting "circulationstar"

yes i was wrong it is working just putting the data at the bottom anyway to make sure it put up top where it should

Irow = last used cell in a column

you may have spaces ( or formula) in that column that pushes it further down than expected

If it's a CSV file opened in excel then save it as an xls first
