Hello there,

I have a set of data as shown in the attached image "For mrexcel.com_1" which contains data of a certain set of Groups, named Grp 1 to Grp 15 collected and entered as per format shown and in 3 cases these groups are functioning in 2 or more villages (marked in Yellow).

However, the data will have to be presented Group wise (as shown in "For mrexcel.com_2") wherein for Groups functioning in more than 1 village the data is truncated in a single cell.

Kindly help.
