Data Table - Input Questions

I have a two variable Data Entry Table that someone emailed me. I want to know the row input and the column input the selected. I highlighted the entire table, went to the What If and selected Data Table, but the row and column cells are shown blank. Is there a way that I can reverse engineer their table, so I can see what was selected as their input values?

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
