Data transfer from rows to columns

I have a large spreadsheet from A1:AO1600. Within the spreadsheet there are 3 columns of interest (GPC Code, FORM CODE and SP NAME). There are duplicate rows in which GPC Code and FORM CODE are the same but SP NAME is different. For these rows I would like the different SP NAMEs to be moved to the end columns of the top entry and the rest of the duplicate rows deleted.
