DATA VALIDATION ACCEPTING OTHER VALUES

Dear All,
Good day,
hope everyone is good.

so, I'm having problem with data validation, my cell is accepting another value when im doing copy paste. in fact my cell should not accept

for example, it should not accept maj.

Copy/Paste will override the target cells formatting and validation rules with those from the source cell.
You can prevent them from using Copy/Paste on those cells.

still its accepting the override

is there a way when copy/paste not to accept the override in cells that contain data validation.

the following is my file, I'm entering a data from another excel file to this excel using (copy/paste).

Yeah, I see that method doesn't actually appear to work!
