Nube alert... my first post!

Using Excel 2010
I am trying to do data input validation (pick list) across two tabs (one tab has data entry form, 2nd tab has lookup list). I want the lookup list be be added to without changing the range.

I can make it work using a "named range" but does not auto unpdate the pick list.

I can make it work making the list a "table" but still does not update the pick list when I add to the list/table. This works correctly IF the "table" in on the same tab as the data entry form / pick list. Curious???

I an looking for a simple non VBA solution.

Thanks in advance

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
