Data Validation list to populate C4 the same fill color and font as list choice

I am needing the fill color and font for the cells in column C to turn a specific color based on the option chose in the data validation list in column A for each row.

Currently i have conditional formatting for each option in my data validation list.

For example If i choose the option from the list to be "Needs Research" my conditional formatting rule turns the option i chose to be Yellow fill with bold black font.

well if Needs Research is chosen, then i would like for the corresponding cell in the C column to turn the same color fill and text as the option chosen from the list no matter what the value is in the "C" cell.

I have about 6 or 7 options on the list and each one with different color makeup.
