Date and Time format

Can some one please tell me how I can format a cell to have the following date and time format.

2002-09-26 08:36:48.570

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
Thanks for the response, but the last three digits are not always zeros. In other words it might be 2002-04-26 14:32:43.570 how can I represent that.

It won't matter whether they're zeroes or not, the .000 just means it will be formatted with three decimal places. Have you tried it out?
