I am coping data from a website that is in the format

10-11
03-04
12-11

but for some reason when i paste it into the cells in excel it will look like this

Oct-11
Mar-04
Dec-11

Is there any way that i can disable the auto format on this data as it refers to something other than a date,

Many thanks
