Date format issue

Hello Friends,

Need one help.

I have a project to submit in school. The excel file has date issue. Dates are not in standard format nor in date format. Please help me to resolve the issue. Here is the eg-

How do I convert below details to date format?

31th Mar 2023

04-Apr-08

1st Jan 2010

5th Aug 2000

13th Apr 2006

21-Oct-90

14th Apr 1996

16-Sep-10
