Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.

I think your format date is as text. You need to remove apostrophe.
copy and paste as Number.

Excel Formula:
=DATE(LEFT(A2,4),MID(A2,6,2),MID(A2,9,2))
