Date formatting question

I have a cell that references another cell with a date. This is how it is referenced:

"&'Source Deed'!B11&" dated "&'Source Deed'!B9&", from "&'Source Deed'!B3&", Grantor(s), to "&'Source Deed'!B6&", Grantee(s), recorded in Volume "&'Source Deed'!B12&"

I cannot figure out how to get the formatting of this date to show up with the same date formatting from the cell that is being referenced. It just shows up as a number.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
drgracer, that worked. Any ideas how I could get it to read in this type of date format: January 1, 2011? Thanks for the help!
