I have a cell that auto calculates the current date. I have another cell that I want to show how many days have passed during the current month. Ex: if today is 05 May 13 then the second cell would show the number 5. What formula would I use to make this happen automatically?

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
Perhaps this, where A1 is the current date.

=DAY(A1)
