i have a letter in word that has to be sent out on occassion?

The letter when generated from out system needs a date inserted in the letter.....

Like this....

If you would like to make an appointment, will you please call us on 020 **** 6045 no later than 15/03/2011

The Date above I would like it to automatically be 5 days to the current date the letter was generated?

Is there an easier way in word?
