Ok this is pretty complex
I monitor my employees attendance from current date going back 60 days
I want a formula that will tell me how many times they have been absent in the last 60 days
I have a sheet with all the names and I input the dates they called, but I want the system to look back 60 days from today and give me a count.
any help greatly appreciated.

How to calculate loan payments in Excel?
Use the PMT function: =PMT(5%/12,60,-25000) is for a $25,000 loan, 5% annual interest, 60 month loan.
My absence dates start in C2 and go through to AT2
the next person will be C3 to AT3
the column with the total is B2 through B200

Try in B2 copied down:

=COUNTIF(C2:AT2,"<="&TODAY())-COUNTIF(C2:AT2,"<"&TODAY()-60)
