 I have a db that I did not create. Information is uploaded using excel spreadsheets as the data source. In a report section there is a dropdown list used to select a pay period start date and pay period end date, charts are created from these selections.

However, several months at the end of 2005, data was not uploaded into the db. Uploading resumes in 2006 without picking up the lost 2005 data. This seemed to make a break in a connection somewhere. Data for the 2005 uploaded information only shows on the charts. Data for 2006 uploads appear is in all related tables, but will not populate on the charts.

Is there a way, once I find the correct query, to indicate in the Pay Period field to show all records in the table? I can understand the gap not showing anything, but it seems like once the uploading resumed, it should continue the process by showing all data before and after the gap.

Thank you in advance.

Excel Facts

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
Hi Nancy

Do the pay periods for 2006 appear in the dropdown list?
