Can I convince Excel that there is such a thing as a microsecond?
Is there a Format symbol for microsecond?

Inbound timestamp data
2011-08-18 14:28:22.04

Format: yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss.ss
Result: 2011-08-18 14:28:22.22

With potential of hundreds of transactions per second, I can't really afford to lose the microsecond portion.

[Now I'm reading that as time passes, based on the internal floating point storage, may not be enough internal decimal space... that's not cool]

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss.00 (or yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss.000 to see milliseconds; that's as far as you go)
