Dates download macro

Hello ,

I am not new in Excell but I am stuck on one problem .I need to download dates in column Q until there are datas in column A .In another words I would like to have a macro whcih promts what dates(format 01/01/2011) I would like to download in colum Q and downlaod until end datas in column A .I understand that I need a loop to search for emty cells in colum A and then stops entering dates in column Q .

i REAALY Apprecite all of yuor help .
