dates for one week (crossing a month)

When I use:

=DATE(YEAR($D$5),MONTH($D$5),DAY($D$5+1))

across 7 columns (dates for one week)instead of going to a new month it goes back to the first day of the month.

How can I get it to go the the next calendar day in the next month.

With your date in D5 just enter the following in E5 and drag across: -

=D5+1
