Hi.

This query is aimed at those of you working in SME's or large organisations - How do you handle psychical mail, specifically when people are working from home?

Is mail just held for when they return?
Is it scanned to them (requires someone to open and scan)?
Re-posted to their home address?

I'm looking for a solution or best-fit - any suggestions or advice on what you do?

What about outgoing mail? There seems to be a plethora of solutions, but again, looking for recommendations?

Thanks in advance.

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
We have one person in who sorts the mail into boxes for each Department head who collect once a week at a set time and they handle all correspondence.

Mail out is easier as that goes through the UK maildesk which is part of Distribution and they are all in.

Physical letters are a very small part of our communication these days.

Thanks for the reply. Anyone else have alternative methods?
