My spreadsheet multiplies 0.9 x 0.7 and gets 0.63. Fine. Then I tell it to display 0.63 as a fraction and it gives me 46/73 (which is 0.6301...). How do I force it to give me the actual fraction of 63/100?

Thanks

Format as fraction in the format that you want.

What are you having a problem with?

Format|Cells|Number|Fractions Ctrl-1

Steve:

When you format to a fraction, you need to make sure that it is to three digits (XXX/YYY), you have it to two digits (XX/YY)
