I've got 4 consecutive cells. I want the 4th cell to combine the contents of the first three into 3-1, 2.28. It does it, but with many decimals.

Here's my formula to combine the first 3 cells.

=N17&"-"&O17&", "&P17

Is it possible to decrease the decimals in the far-right cell?

The 3rd cell is a formula too, so I can't make it text.

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
yes.. use the TEXT formula:

Excel Formula:
=N17 & "-" & O17 & "," & TEXT(P17,"#.000")
