I have made a clock in/out user form for employees to punch in the username and password when they get to work to start logging hours. We have a point system that goes something like this:
Start day you have 5 points
You loose one point if you clock in 4 hours after your required time
loose .5 points if you clock in after the set time but before the 4 hour point.
Gain back 1 point every 90 days
Employee's can clock in and out throughout the day so somehow I have to flag it as the first time entry for that specific employee.
There are 15 employee's. If anyone has any ideas that they can throw my way that would be great.
