Deducting Time

How can I set up an easy formula that will give me the time subtracted from 3:45PM?

I am always starting with 3:45 PM and then subtracting hours/minutes to get to the new start time.

For instance if the amount to be deducted is 1 hour the result would be 2:45PM.
